At VALOI, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging and protective foam to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
